Style savvy attire doesn’t stop with your bridesmaids, the men have to look good too! There are great trends out there for the groom, as well as the groomsmen, to keep them looking their best. Here are some tips when arranging their outfits.
- Try a boutonniere. This is a single flower, feather, or corsage that is worn on the lapel of the jacket. The groom alone usually wears this, as it is an easy distinction for guests to tell who the lucky man is. This is a great way to integrate the over all floral theme of the wedding into the men’s attire as well. A small flower similar to the bridal bouquet is a great way to tie it all together.
- Wear a unique tie that makes you stand out among the groomsmen. Often this involves your men wearing a solid tie, and yours being of some sort of pattern, or the other way around. Use the tie as another way to bring in the wedding palette, or even have one custom made with a specific pattern you are using. This is the most iconic detail of the men’s attire, so use it to your advantage and be original!
