Perfect Thank You Gifts for Bridesmaids

On the occasion of a wedding the day really belongs to the happy couple getting married but, of course, they’re not the only people involved. Traditionally, a wedding ceremony will have page-boys, flower girls and, of course, bridesmaids, and the bride and groom will want to thank them for their attendance.
There is a great choice of bridesmaids gifts available and here are just a few suggestions:
- A lovely idea is a jewellery box that has been personalised with the bridesmaid’s initials; according to budget this could be a luxurious leather case or a simple wooden trinket box, either of which will be gifts to treasure.
- Another suggestion would be a silver or sterling silver powder compact which can be engraved with the date of the wedding, and the names of the bride and groom.
- A great choice, too, would be a fountain pen. This need not be expensive but, boxed and engraved with the wedding details and presented with a set of stationery, it would make a much-welcome gift.
- Always popular are photo frames, which are available in many different designs, several of which would be ideal to give to a bridesmaid. A silver one can, as is suggested with the gifts previously mentioned, be engraved making a memorable gift.
- Perhaps the best gift of all would be bridesmaid jewellery they can wear on your big day a treasure forever. A simple silver or gold cross on a matching chain will be suitable for all ages, as will a bracelet, especially a charm bracelet that can be added to over the years and will increase in value, too, making a valuable investment.
However many bridesmaids are in attendance and whatever the budget, choosing the perfect ‘thank you’ gift will be a lovely way for the bride and groom to show their bridesmaids how much they are valued, and how important they consider their attendance on the most important day of their lives.
